The Vi-Link MD32 Copper Data Small Form Pluggable (SFP)transceivers are high-performance, cost-effective module compliant with the EIA – RS-232 interface, which support from DC to 112Kbps data- rate and up to 100 meters reach over unshielded twisted-pair category cable.
The module can be used with most Vi-Link optical multiplexers for extending bi-directional RS-232 data between the remote location and the control center without adding more equipment and fiber.
